Michael Osmundson

Dr. Michael Osmundson serves as Chief Executive Officer and a member of the Board of Managers of Unio Health Partners. Dr. Osmundson, an Emergency Medicine physician, has over 25 years of experience in physician practice leadership. He joined Unio from US Acute Care Solutions, the largest physician-owned and led acute care company in the nation, with over 4,000 physicians serving more than 10 million patients annually, where he was a founder and President of their North Division.

Earlier in his career, Dr. Osmundson was the Founder and President of Georgia Emergency Physician Specialists.

A native of Northern California, Dr. Osmundson has a BA in Cell Biology from UC Santa Barbara, an MD from the David Geffen School of Medicine at UCLA, and an MBA from the Stetson School of Business & Economics.
