Philomena O’Hare

Philomena “Philly” O’Hare serves as General Counsel at Unio Health Partners. Philly leads our legal, compliance and regulatory functions and partners with leadership across the organization on corporate, regulatory, and transactional matters.

Philly joined Unio from U.S. Acute Care Solutions, where she most recently served as Vice President, Corporate Transactions and Division Counsel for a $2B integrated acute care practice. There, she led complex M&A, joint venture, equity, and financing transactions exceeding $500M, and oversaw the company’s equity programs across a nearly 2,000-shareholder base. Earlier in her career, she was a healthcare M&A partner at Rolf Goffman Martin Lang LLP in Cleveland.

Philly earned her J.D. from the University of Notre Dame Law School and her B.A. from Notre Dame College.
