Maureen Murphy

Maureen serves as Chief People Officer for Unio Health Partners. She brings over 20 years of human resources and leadership experience with physician-facing healthcare organizations.  As CPO, Maureen will leads our Human Resources department with responsibilities covering the spectrum of People and Culture, creating environments where every teammate can thrive and do their best work.  Maureen is a strategist skilled in team building, culture creation, organizational design, coaching, recruiting, change management and more.  

Before joining Unio, Maureen served as Chief People Officer at American Orthopedic Partners as well as The Oncology Institute, and previously she served as a senior executive at InterDent, Vantage Oncology and Pacific Dental Services, where she was integral to infrastructure development, prosperous growth and culture.
