Mr. McCrann serves as a member of the Board of Managers of Unio Health Partners. He has over 35 years of experience leading healthcare companies across a broad range of sectors.

Mr. McCrann also serves on the Board of Directors of EyeCare Partners, from which he retired as Chief Executive Officer in 2021. Prior to creating EyeCare Partners and selling it to Partners Group for $2.2 billion in 2020, Mr. McCrann served as the CEO of AdvoServ (a leader in serving individuals with severe intellectual and developmental disabilities), CEO of Crescent Healthcare (a national specialty home infusion therapy provider), and Senior Vice President of DaVita, responsible for the operating group performing home hemodialysis, peritoneal dialysis, and nocturnal dialysis. Previously, Mr. McCrann served as CEO or Division President of PacifiCare, Coram Healthcare, Xcorporeal, Inc., and Professional Dental Associates. He also served as an Operating Partner with Bessemer Venture Partners. Mr. McCrann began his career with McKinsey & Company.

Mr. McCrann graduated from the University of California, Los Angeles with degrees in Economics and Political Science and earned a Master of Business Administration degree from Harvard University.
