Marty McGuirk

Marty is Unio’s Chief Development Officer. With nearly 20 years of experience in corporate development and healthcare, he is responsible for all aspects of mergers, acquisitions and other partnerships. He enjoys collaborating with physicians to address their unique challenges and drive growth. By forging new partnerships, Marty actively champions Unio’s mission to empower independent community-based physician practices.

Before joining Unio, Marty led corporate development teams at high-growth organizations including US Fertility, National Veterinary Associates, and DaVita. Marty holds a degree from Whitman College in Walla Walla, Washington and later earned his MBA from The Darden School of Business at the University of Virginia. Marty lives in Colorado where he spends time with his wife and two children skiing and enjoying the mountains.
