Brad Hively

Mr. Hively serves as a member of the Board of Managers of Unio Health Partners.  He has over 25 years of experience leading and investing in healthcare companies. 

Mr. Hively also serves on the Board of Directors for The Oncology Insitute (NASDAQ: TOI), the nation’s leading value-based oncology group; and OrthoNebraska, the Midwest’s leading orthopedic practice management company.

From November 2023 to June 2024, Mr. Hively served as Interim CEO at Unio Health Partners.  As the Interim CEO of Unio, Mr. Hively focused on team building, leadership development, and
operational excellence to unlock the benefits of Unio’s scale.

Prior to Unio, Mr. Hively successfully led three other physician practices; including most recently as CEO of The Oncology Institute, an oncology practice with 750 teammates, 120 providers, and 65 clinics across 5 states. During his time at TOI the organization tripled revenue, doubled clinic count, expanded into 8 new markets, and completed a successful go-public process on the NASDAQ stock exchange. Despite those milestones, his proudest accomplishment at TOI was a 50% improvement in employee engagement.

On the weekends, you can find him hiking and biking in the Los Angeles mountains, or spending time with his wife and three children.
