Asia Brumwell

Ms. Brumwell serves as a member of the Board of Managers of Unio Health Partners. She brings nearly ten years of experience in finance, M&A, investing, and strategic consulting, with a particular focus on healthcare services transactions.

Ms. Brumwell joined Triton Pacific Capital Partners in 2016 and is a Partner in the firm’s healthcare services group. Prior to joining Triton Pacific, she worked in healthcare investment banking with Raymond James, during which time she advised on multiple M&A transactions and capital raises for physician practice management platforms. Ms. Brumwell later served as an independent consultant to several growth-stage companies, lending her financial and industry expertise to a variety of transactions and strategic initiatives. She is extensively involved with each of Triton Pacific’s healthcare investments and focuses on long-term value creation across the portfolio.

Ms. Brumwell holds a Bachelor’s degree in Honors Economics and History from the University of British Columbia and a Master’s degree in Finance from Vanderbilt University, where she graduated top of her class.
